Two orders made. Both completed in full. Cashback tracked correctly and then proceeded to go to payable at £0! Their customer service is also poor - items delayed without any reason; incorrect dispatch information meaning time was wasted waiting in for goods that were never coming; and one parcel was left under a car parked on the drive in the middle of a storm! When I spoke to customer services they were extremely rude and dismissive. The clothes are good, the service is pathetic and the cashback is non-existant.

Ordered a three piece suit from them back in June last year. All items were in stock yet it took them over four weeks to dispatch and only then after several phone calls. Every time i spoke to someone they told me something different. Awful service. To make things worse the transaction did'nt track and after TCB chasing them for 6 months they have declined the cashback saying that the suit was returned or cancelled. It was'nt at all. It was for my wedding in August last year. They will not be getting my business again!!

Quality of clothes is excellent, and the prices just about unbeatable. Generally deliver in two or three days, and their no quibble returns or exchange service is true too. And quick. As you can see I think they area really great!!!
