	Do not bother, AVOID!!! Initially tracked on 27 May 2021 with an incorrect cashback of £90.90 instead of £101.00, when queried with TCB they insisted that the cashback tracked was correct. Even though the £90.90 offer was not even available back in May 2021 as this was introduced later. On 27 May 2022, exactly a year later cashback was declined. The process of purchase and cashback was followed and done wholly online, no vouchers or discounts were used and BT service is still received even up to now. No help from TCB as there is no option to query cashback which is over 180 days. The first initial query was made on time but it still took the retailer over 355 days to decline. Tracking Status score for this retailer is a joke, maybe they track nearly everything but it seems that they forgot to mention that hardly any payouts are made and the whole process feels like a scam.

	Declined Cashback after more than 100 days meaning that there is no way of lodging a claim. Very dishonest of BT.

	Due to a fault with the new line BT cancelled my cashback-linked order and re-ordered my line themselves, thus swindling me out of over £100 cashback I'd factored into the line cost when signing up with BT to start with. Incredibly frustrating!!!

	Still waiting 6 months and no cash back, even though it stated "Faster Paying". Although the broadband service is great. Go direct to get a better deal rather than wait for cash back.

	Absolutely rubbish. Never had a problem with TCB, but BT Business Broadband declined my cashback even after I provided a valid order number and proof that I was still within contract 6 months down the line. Don't waste your time with BT

	Hey, I am sorry that your cashback was declined. I can assure you merchants and cashback networks only decline cashback is they have solid groundings to believe it wasn’t eligible for commission. 	initially tracked at wrong amount (wrong product) but have a claim in which, I would imagine, will be sorted soon (they're good like that on tcb!) still - tracked quickly though
