The retailer rejected our cashback for no particular reason. Topcashback did their best to chase it through and all information was given to them to try and resolve. The retailer had actually tracked the claim at 10p - it should have been £4.80 - there was only one invoice so there can be no query; if they looked at the invoice the full value would have been seen...if they acknowledged the transaction and knew the invoice they could not possibly reject the full claim, so we feel they have simply avoided it. Would not trust again.
