At the time of writing, there was no BT Mobile review feedback posted by our members. However, if you take a look on Trustpilot, you’ll find positive comments which have been left by satisfied BT Mobile customers. One said: “Excellent company. Whether I have had an issue or just needed to talk to them via online chat or contact number, they have always been helpful. Will stay with BT Mobile as they have excellent customer service.” While it is true there is bad feedback, there are BT Mobile reviews which praise the company for their coverage and value for money. Examples of some of these comments include “excellent service. Been with BT for 18 months now, service has always been good and UK call centres” and “my entire family and my business accounts all run on BT Mobile. The coverage is fantastic. Give them a try, the deals are epic”. Another delighted customer said: “I was unexpectedly surprised by their superfast 4G network. I got a very reasonable contract with the latest handset. Would definitely recommend.”
