It took 3 months for my internet to be connected due to continual mistakes from BT and then over 4 months for cash back i received a disgusting service and all BT offered was £10 compensation. to round it all off they took £276 from my account last week instead of £42, i am writing to the ombudsman to look into the service i received i would not recommend....

Was told it would take roughly 9 weeks to clear. It took 9 weeks from BT order to 'payable' status. Also, it was the amount originally quoted.

BT messed up our order which in turn had an impact on our cashback (as they re-submitted our order internally to correct their error). However, after a support ticket was raised this was solved extremely quickly.

Rubish support. Cashback paid but and cood amount but count an wasting hours of your life trying to sort out other issues. I went back to them after 5 years of using othere providers. I will not make the same mistake again when this contract runs out.

Never properly tracked despite "your visit has been recorded" banner. Asked TCB to help (wasn't too hopeful) . Now 5 weeks later the cashback has become payable. Don't give up and claim if you believe you are entitled to cashback. The money is worth the wait. Good luck !
