Reasonable service, however the order process was complicated and I ended up with the wrong package which could not be amended without cancelling and reapplying which in turn caused some issues but got there in the end

Cashback amount is good, with the reward offered by BT it brings the broadband cost (during contract) to levels of budget ISP's. It takes 6 weeks to pay out hence only 4 stars.

BT's online form this site does not work... Therefore cannot sign up online, meaning no cashback if I wanted to submit through the phone which is what BT have advised.

TopCashback was OK. Bt cancelled my service and then restarted it causing all sorts of issues as the order numbers don't match up. We're fairly quick to sort out once on the case. Lowest star for bthe given as it seems from their forums that they often do this
