The Bulb reviews you will find on this page highlight various areas which the energy supplier has been praised for by TopCashback members who have switched to them through us. While it is fair to say there is some negative feedback, plenty of our members have complimented them on their cashback performance, their customer service, how much Bulb saved them and more. In terms of the service provided, some of those who have left a Bulb review have said things such as “fantastic service and a great deal with Bulb. Highly recommended”, “spot on, simple as abc, great service too” and “so easy to switch”.

You will also find plenty of positive comments regarding cashback, some of which include “signed up to Bulb through TopCashback and four months later I got cashback. I switched to bulb back in May 18. Still no sign of the cashback (it's been confirmed) and it's tracked at half the initial amount they advertised for a dual switch. They've also jsut emailed me to say they're putting up their prices for the second time since I joined them.

Must be a scam, no sign of any cash back at all, after signing up. Unfortunately didn't notice that the 100 day resolution period is up, so can't do anything about it.

I transferred to Bulb about 6 months ago and it has been a good experience. Bulb online help is great, the energy is green and the tariffs are some of the lowest around. Bulb offer a referral system whereby you can get £50.00 credit if you sign up through a referral link. The £50.00 can be used to offset your energy bill or you can have it transferred into your bank account. If you decide to sign up please use my referral link. Cashback hasn't tracked after 3days and going by other reviews then I'm not really expecting it, quite poor really if this is a sign of what is to come from them. Tempted to cancel the switchover now. Mind you, no tie in period/exit fees so if they are garbage then I'll just leave them!

Been over 4 months waiting on a confirmed transaction to payout, so don't expect it by the numbers TCB give (a lot of payouts now slip past the expected dates, why do they even bother with them). Been advised prices 'may' go up shortly, luckily I'm moving and won't be using them after I go.

Bad experience. Followed all the requirements and my claim was rejected after the deadline passed. Asked TCB to resubmit and once again the deadline passed with no resolution to my claim

6 months and still waiting for cash back plus they have just hiked my prices up stating my usage has gone up. Check my meter readings and my usage is actually lower. In the process of choosing a new supplier.
