I have received several bunches before which I have always been delighted with,however I received a boquet on monday which I am very disappointed with. The buds of lilies and carnations did not open and the gerbera was so limp I had to put the stem in a straw to support it. maybe this was because they had been in the post over the weekend.

Really like this retailer. Much better value than the likes of Interflora etc, a decent rate of cashback and there's usually a promotion code on the go too. Have always had positive comments about the flowers and they've not been late in the 8 or so times I've used them. Also, the cashback is really quick. It went to payable in about a week and a half - fastest I've ever had.

Lovely flowers, my mother-in-law was thrilled with the bouquet she received which arrived on time. 6 giant chocolate buttons were disappointing because Bunches used to supply proper truffles in the past. Cashback tracked and became payable before the bouquet delivery date..

The cashback has tracked and been confirmed very quickly, two days after I placed the order. The free chocolates were free so no complaints, but it was the tiniest box I have ever seen, if you are hoping for chocolates you should probably add some to the order :-) All round happy with the product and cashback.
