I have only just become a member of Top Cash Back (loving the site so far) and was so delighted to find Bunches on here. I have been using them for all my flower gifts for a number of years and cannot praise them highly enough. A quality service from beginning to end, the flowers are excellent and all come with free milk-chocolates. Bunches has its own reward scheme and the very generous cashback rate here is the icing on the cake. Very happy and can't wait to have an occasion to send flowers again!

everything top notch!....ordered the bouquet for my mum's 90th birthday, arrived on the day, mum delighted, flowers still going strong now 2 weeks later...ordered the balloon and cake as extras...balloon still up and mum thought cake was absolutely gorgeous. 100% satisfied with bunches and have received my cashback. Top marks to both! A1 on all sides

2 purchases made over the past 2 weeks (the latest being on 14/09/2010) BUT NO CASHBACK RECORDED YET.
One delivery has not been made and it is now 8 days.Customer service blames the Royal Mail but there has been no problem delivering to that particular recipient on previous occasions.
VERY WORRYING SITUATION.
There is no way of checking if order has been completed unless the customer contacts the recipient.
I will not be using BUNCHES again.

Tracked and confirmed within a week. Flowers gorgeous - recipient delighted. Well packaged and presented and very fresh. Have already ordered thru Bunches again. Bonus to get cashback!!! This merchant seems to go that little bit extra with their presentation and very reasonably priced. FAB! :0)

Sent flowers cake and butterflies to a friend (forgot birthday). Cake did not arrive. Had to call them and then they sent the cake. Friend happy with belated gits.

Very disappointed with this merchant. Placed order in February and after much following up, it was decided that this had already been paid out by a different merchant and therefore I could not get payment via TopCashBack. Very frustrating and most disappointed!!!

Ordered a bunch of flowers at the end of February for my sister and she was delighted with them, however I asked for them to be sent on her birthday when I knew she would be in, but they arrived a day early while she was at work, and she had to collect them from the post office. Cashback - well what a joke - it still hasn't tracked and despite me sending nudges each month since March still no joy.

everyone is happy with the flowers who we sent them to for several occassions. join up with them and you collect points off other flowers. cash back we had to ask for

As the cashback rate looked generous I bought some flowers on 4th May 2009. As it happens the flowers were OK, but now I am here in July 2010 and the cashback never tracked, and even after submitting a missing claim with multiple nudges and messages, still no payment 14MONTHS after purchase!!!
Please avoid and only use if you are not worried about the cashback!!

Must say, dissapointed with the flowers, expensive for what you get, and get delivered in a box, so not arranged or anything.
As for cashback, didn't track twice, and when TCB finally got it tracked, it took 4 months to be told sorry you're not geting anything as we paid it to a 'discount voucher company' and we won't pay twice! All in all useless, and I shan't be using them again!!!!
