Disappointed! I have used Bunches loads of times in the past and never had a problem - both with the quality of flowers and cashback. However, for Christmas I ordered three sets of flowers one after another in exactly the same way and one lot of cashback was declined as not being the last referral. In addition to this, one of the bunches of flowers was completely lost as my friend was away from home due to a flood and seems to think the postman left them in the bin and they were taken away. I was not going to make a fuss with Bunches as it was not their fault and I gave them the benefit of the doubt, however now I have been denied cashback, I am very disappointed with them after many years loyalty.
