“Super impressed with (the) speed of cashback becoming payable — other merchants could learn from these guys” is how one of our members described her experience with Buymobiles.net in a review they decided to leave. Other members have also clearly been pleased with the service provided by the mobile phone retailer, with comments left including “got a great deal on my new iPhone and quick cashback also” and “great service at great prices — and cashback paid on time”.

While it is true that some members have complained about their cashback being denied, having to put in a claim or having to wait a while for their cashback, plenty of others have been pleased with the process. Some of the comments left with regard to this include “Quick payout, always no issues”, “paid within two months — great” and “quick and easy — cashback confirmed quickly”.

	Brilliant retailer, phone was despatched same day and replaced with no problems as screen was damaged. Was unable to match the deal they offered with any other supplier. Well done Buymobilephones.net, will definitely use again

	I have been using this merchant for the past 12 months although I didnt go through tcb.It has been brilliant.I got 10 months line rental free by redemption and have had no problems.I submit the required bills at the appropriate time and my cash is paid straight into the bank every time.I now need another phone and will use them again,this time through tcb.No worries.All the other companies seem to have terrible feedback.

	Awful performance. Bought phone in Feb and have been chasing the cashback ever since. This company acknowledges nothing and has no concept of customer service. Find someone else!!

	Tracked at 1p within hours and was raised to £30 after 7 days. (Presumably after the 7 day cooling off period). Confirmed shortly after and became payable in just short of 3 months. Also payed a £30 cashback deal as part of the phone package on time (90 days). Merchant also sorted a problem with my contract within the hour via email. Would recommend.

	Ordered blackberry mobilephone on contract with orange on sunday arrived on the wedensday, cheapest contract, everything went smoothly, site easy to navigate , showed cashback as one penny but has since upgraded as £30. Can't fault this site :)

	Bought my daughter a mobile from here 4 months ago. The deal included £40 cashback after 3 months on top of the £30 TopCashBack amount for a new contract. The phone came next day, the £40 cashback came bang on 3 months later, and now the £30 TopCashBack has paid out too. Excellent service all round. Cannot recommend highly enough, and will be using again when my mobile contract ends in February.

	Cashback has tracked, but doubt it will ever be paid! Seems like I'm powerless to do anything about it either. Maybe one in the future this will be paid but looks like I'm just one of many still waiting.

	Originally tracked as pending at 1p then later changed to 30.00. Phone arrived within a few days with no problems. Good phone package at about 5.00 per month cheaper than going direct. Don't base your purchase on the free line rental gifts - this is by redemption and has to be claimed in six parts and at specific times spread over the term of contract (read their terms and conditions) so I imagine most people will either forget or won't be bothered!

	I expected £30 cashback from this company as I took out a new 2 year contract. However, it only tracked at £5 so I put in a claim nearly six months ago now but nothing has been done yet, despite several 'nudges'.

	Took out a contract in Feb and the site didn't track it. Thats fair enough but it has taken up until now with repeated attempts to find out that I am not going to get my cash back. It is annoying to say the least that their simple answer 'exsisting customer' is the most explaination you get. So beware !!

	Took out a contract in may and it tracked at £30 and its just been payed out, so 4 months from tracking to paying out. So i would recommend this retailer, but others seem to be hit and miss.

	The £30 cash back for new contracts is either out of date or a lie. ive just purchased a new 18month contract from buymobilephone.net and in the cashback tracker its showing £0.01! Just a warning to other users. dont rely on the cash back. I don't know if other users have been more successfull but i have seen other coments on here to back up my experience. The shopping experience with buymobilephones.net however was good and efficient.

	Ordered a contract upgrade, which at the time should have had £30 cashback - this has never materialised. Good deals, but don't expect them to pay what they should!

	I would strongly advise against buying from BuyMobilePhones if you are looking for cashback. They do not pay out , I have been waiting since Dec 09 and not had as little as a reply from them, If you want cashback go somewhere else!

	My order tracked ok but payment arrived 1 month later than expected date yet it did arrive so can't complain too much :-) As for order itself on my phone contract i received handset ok and got much better deal than networks offered at the time so good experince overall id use them again.
