	Excellent when it pays out I utilised the Black Friday deal, and had to put a missing claim in when it didn't track. It just took over a month for it to then be put into my TopCashback account and for it to be payable. I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't get it and for it not to track, but paid out fairly when it did

	Scam Offered 50 percent cashback on Black Friday, with the addition of an extra 20 percent off voucher code posted and verified as ok by Topcashback, and no other restrictions listed. Conveniently this hasn't tracked (see social media for many others raising the same issue), and now it's a wait and see situation for anywhere up to 4 months. This takes it outside of the Buyagift refund policy. I'll eat my hat if it pays out, but for now I'd warn you not to trust this retailer

	High cashback rates but do they actually pay it? Waited 2 weeks and had to raise it. Read a lot of comments about them finding excuses for not paying cashbacks. I honestly wouldn't bother if they were not offering cashback and just buy it from Groupon instead.

	Cashback Claim Raised Have had to start hassle of making cashback claim for £13 or so - cashback has not tracked to my account after 7 days despite tracking splash screen being displayed before landing on merchant's website and the record of visit showing in the 'clicks to merchants' history...

	Claim not originally tracked, waiting on claim since May Ordered gift voucher in the middle of May, after going through Topcashback site. Cashback offer was not originally tracked, so submitted a claim. Buy a gift have not responded from the middle of May. Makes me dubious to order again in future if they aren't going to honor their offer.

	Waste of time. Waste of time and effort. Did not track and after four months of TCB chasing they refused to pay the cashback, claiming that I had used a voucher. In fact, when I made the order as a Christmas present, their website was offering free shipping. This was not flagged as violating cashback claims, so misleading and timewasting. However, TCB did the right thing and offered to pay the cashback instead. I don't understand why these companies use cashback sites for business referral, if they don't then pay up - it's not good business sense. This behaviour just puts me off the brand and makes it less likely that I will do repeat business with them. Disappointing.

	had issues getting the cashbask, didnt track Had amazing help from topcashback as I had to raise a claim to get the cashback. eventually got the cashback about 5 months later. only had this issue once out of three seperate occasions.

	I booked a stay for Christmas eve via this company but unfortunately came down with Covid 3 days before and they refused to cancel or move the date of my trip. Their response was 'go to the hotel and infect people, you don't have to care nowadays' when I asked what I should do. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST BECAUSE ILLNESS COUNTS FOR NOTHING TO THEM AND SAFEGUARDING OTHERS IS IMPORTANT

	Neither purchase tracked. Of the claims, (surpriscke, surprise) it was the £12 cashback and not the £85 which was approved. Buyagift claimed I had used a voucher or discount code - I paid full price!
