Cashback was advertised as £20 but only received £10, that was in September/October and still waiting for this to be resolved as apparently it is in a queue waiting for the merchant to sort. £10 is OK but I want what was advertised

Never received the cashback. They dragged it out for over a year before saying I'd gone through another party before TCB - I ALWAYS clear cookies and use a registry cleaner before using TCB so this was nonsense. And why did it take them over a year to decide this? More hassle than the cashback's worth, avoid this lot!

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER WITH CAESAR BINGO SOLELY FOR CASHBACK! I know many people who have registered with Caesar Bingo via TCB and not received any cashback. The site is poor in relation to winnings as well. If you want a good site use Jackpot Joy and you get your tracked cashback.

Mine is now 'pending' after a manual claim. I wonder if Caesars keep an eye on accounts to see if they are genuine & not just for the initial cash back? Didn't say this though, so not too impressed. Won't hold my breath for money to become payable, but will try & let you know if it does!
