Had to put one star in, but didn't want to put any one as they didn't payout on my last cash back, had to book tickets again so trying again to see if they will pay out this time.

I booked flights with Canadian Affair on 4th January 2013. Transaction didn't show so I submitted a claim to topcashback, after which a transaction appeared on my account. The cashback has been in "Confirmed" status for the majority of this year. We've been to Canada (May 2013) and back, and still almost 10 months on from the order date...no sign of cashback being paid.
Flight was decent enough but I wouldn't say they are reliable for their cashback.

Tracked OK, but not paid after 8 months. According to TCB this is because of a change in affiliate network, but they just keep telling me to wiat and don't actually seem to be doing anything specific other than hoping. We were also disappointed with Canadian Affair this time. We paid for legroom upgrade for our seats, when we got to Manchester they had changed plane (to one which had more legroom seats) but not transferred those reservations across, then sold the legroom seats at the checkin to other people. Unhelpful Transat stff refused to give us empty premium seats, asking for £300 each to effectively correct their problem. Will be taking our business elsewhere in future.

Have used Canadian affair for a few years to travel between the UK & Vancouver and have found the flight service very good, only 1 flight in the 20 I've taken has been delayed for any lenght of time. I use them as a "base price" when I'm checking flights to Canada, there prices are very occasionally bettered by BA when promotions are on but most of the time they are the lowest. They don't fly every day of the week and reginal airports aren't covered as well as in the past, a sign of the economic times maybe? Cashback tracks very quickly and I've never noticed this Dual pricing policy refereed to in some feedback, depending on if viewed via the TCB site, but that can always be easily checked just before booking. So TCB & Canadian affair work very well for me!

Needed to book a reverse flight, ie canada to uk, and it linked me to the .ca site and thus did not register cash back.
Queried this, and a couple of months later they paid up with no quibble

As previous posters have stated there is something very odd with canadian affair. Go through TCB and you can only get as far as the insurance page- their flights also increase slightly in price .
Go direct through their website- slightly lower prices and no booking problems.
Clearly, canadian affair dont want you going through TCB.
