Declined
Made two separate purchases from the Canon website over a short period of time. The first one which incurred £61 cash back has been declined, the second which incurred a £3 cash back has been successful. There is nothing in the Canon T&C's that give reason for them to decline the £61. I fear it may simply be the amount that they don't want to pay. Currently going through the dispute process.

I always have to chase up the cashback when I purchase
The cashback never tracks and months later I need to request a missing cashback claim.

Surprise surprise, £26 cashback declined for no reason. Another TCB merchant with no intention of paying the cashback advertised

Refused to pay cashback
I pressed the button to go straight onto the site and paid for the product right away, they have declined my cashback for no reason. Highly disappointing, will avoid using them in future.

£8400 spent in two transactions. Used Canon’s website with no vouchers. “Declined” by merchant. What is the point is signing up as a company if you’re going to knock back verified orders and force customers into lodging a claim?
