Card is the best no-fee cashback on the market, so I would have got it anyway. But the cashback experience is very poor: 28 weeks to cashback is not the standard I would expect. TopCashBack did their best to chase, but claimers beware...
(I suppose I should consider myself lucky I got cashback at all, compared to some other reviewers here.)

I am curious as to why TCB even include Capital One given their obvious tracking problems and payment delays. Be very careful going through TCB is my advice.

Waiting since september 2012, has been 'confirmed' for months and still not payable. AVOID if you are expecting cashback.
