I purchased some flights to Australia from this company back in December and still have not received cashback. The customer service was awful as well. I would not recommend this company for cashback or for booking travel arrangements

Beware of the online booking site!
My family and I have used Carlton Leisure in the past and hence had been shocked at the operation of the company recently.
We attempted to buy tickets online with the company website and have been shocked at the way the company has treated us. We booked flights online being told that they were available, paid for the flights then received an e-mail that we were being placed on a waiting list for or flights. The next day recieved a call saying that the ticket had been sold out and we needed to pay £130 extra for the same flight. At this point the other flight companies had also raised the flight prices.
The customer service team were very unhelpful when trying to explain that they sold the ticket under false pretenses, and despite agreeing that this was wrong, were very pushy at making me pay extra for the flight.
I would avoid using their online website as prices and availability are very inaccurate; with their customer service being very underpar and insenitive.

I now book all my flights through Carlton Leisure, from Top Cashback. Carlton Leisure have incredibly low prices from several airlines to most locations that I fly to. And, best of all, I get cashback whenever I book, so I save even more money.
Well worth it.
