This outfit is a shambles. The cashback was cancelled, the products were faulty, customer services is hopeless by email. However the only saving grace is that if you get someone on the phone, they do follow things up and get replacements sent out. Even still, I'd not touch them again to be honest.

Very quick to track and easy to use sight. Beware though my goods came via courier despite it saying postal service. It caused lots of complications waiting in, missing couriers etc

Have used Cartridge Monkey for the past couple of years and they have always delivered fast & cheaper than most other places. I would recommend them for branded cartridges as these are what I buy. Never had much luck with cheaper alternatives...

The cartridges I have got to say were of poor quality,removed the label of one as instructed and my hands were covered in ink.On placing the same cartridge into my printer the plastic tag snapped so now i will have a problem removing it. Sad really as delivery and communication good.
