Did not track, claim is pending for months now. They also force you into a bonus without any acceptance or declining option which I didn't notice when I began to wager and they wouldn't cancel it for me once I had done one singular losing spin. Awful company.

Didn't track so put in a claim. Eventually got told I was declined due to having more than one account. Not true but my partner and I both have accounts so that old chestnut has reared its head of more than one user at an IP address. I begged TCB to look into this for me, still ongoing but they've been helpful. Luckily I declined bonus and made a withdrawal so am not out of pocket.
