I don't know who is worse Top Cashback or CD-WOW. I am owed at a rough guess £40 of cashback from transactions with CD-WOW and have received absolutely nothing.
Top cashback as usual are completely useless at updating the status of or responding to queries - it is hard enough just to find your query.
There is no point supposedly having the highest rates of cashback - if you don't actually pay it you could advertise 100% cashback!

Have used cdwow for the last few years and never had a problem with them weather it has been delivered to my uk address or european address. takes a bit longer but have always received what I order. Dont rip you off with exchange rates like play.com, tracks the next day. I have only orderd DVDs and CDs so cant speak games etc. Good prices if your prepared to look for them on most things even better with 8% cashback

Very satisfied with C.D. WOW. Ordered goods on 23/04/2010. Tracked next day, goods arrived in 3 days. Went from confirmed to payment in about 18 days.

Disappointing experiences with this retailer. They charge a fee when ordering. I ordered two CD's and a little later rec'd an email saying they were unable to source one of them and I would be refunded. I subsequently placed an order for it from elsewhere. A few days later I receive an email apologising for the delay. After pointing out that they had suposedly cancelled it themselves and i was awaiting a refund they told me that there was a mistake - they could have sourced the CD. After a considerable wait they still had not dispatched my remaining CD so I cancelled that too. CARE you are not refunded the 'Voucher Fee'. In this case they have made money out of me for not supplying my order. I would try to ensure that the items you require are in stock before ordering.

CD Wow! have always offered consistantly low prices, and now you can get cash back too. My ordered tracked very quickly, and the cash back has been paid, it took alittle longer than advised, but only by a couple of weeks.

Wouldn't touch these again with a bargepole! Said my order had been dispatched when it hadn't. Waited absolutely ages for cd to arrive. Still waiting for cashback after 3 months. Should have paid out in March. Wont hold my breath

This company is shocking. I preordered Pokemon for my son & the dispatch date was 18th March. By the 6th April I still had not received the item despite numerous emails which were not even personalised but just standard repiles.
They do not have any tracking facility to even see where the item is, & dont even know where the item is coming from - eventually I was told Hong Kong, but when it did arrive the packaging had the USA on it!
This is not all & this is where their they do NOT tell the whole story.
When I did eventually go & have to pick up the package from the central post office I had a further £12.09 to pay.
They state they pay for standard postage costs - what they dont tell you beforehand (other than the small print) is you can be liable for customs tax.
So the item I thought was competitive was actually £12 dearer than elsewhere.
I have checked with customs & any item purchased outside the EU will be subject to this customs charge.
They should make this clearer on their website & needless to say I will NEVER be using these guys again.

We ordered Coraline DVD on line in November in time for christmas but they were out of stock and didn't let me know until the week before christmas so then had to pay high street price. Also all the cd's etc came one by one so packaging not very environmentally friendly.
BUT would use them again as were as cheap as Amazon etc.

Absolute rubbish! I waited forever for a cd that they said was in stock. Then they told me it had been despatched and it hadn't. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Since my experience I have also had friends who had similar experiences. BE WARNED.
