Gone downhill fast
Waitrose stock one of my favourite wines that I order regularly and cashback used to be prompt but over the last 9 months or so it's really declined. Purchases do not track meaning a claim has to be raised - I've still got 2 outstanding from 5 months ago. Topcashback also keep promoting increased rates that draw business but the cashback doesn't materialise.

Never tracked!!
Ordered for a few times but never tracked. Each time when I contacted customer service, I was replied no record of clicking. I didn’t experience the same situation for other merchants but only cellar by Waitrose! This stopped me from ordering from them again!!!

Never Track Properly
I have made at least 6 transaction with this merchant but they never tracked my activity. Submitted multiple claims but take many months to respond and always conclude that they cannot identify my activity. Very weird and annoying.

Won't payout
The cashback didn't track so I raised a missing claim. After 4 months they have rejected it saying they have no trace even though I have receipts confirming over £250 spent.
