the value of the purchase is always lower then the real one
nobody rents a car for £4, this is the kind of amounts that i have as a purchase to receive 5p of cashback, there is no point on using this on TopCashback

They do not let you read the contract
I booked a car one month in advance. When I got to their office to collect it they asked me to sign in a screen that I agreed with the conditions in their contract, so I asked them to show me the contract, but no. Their policy is that you sign first and later, once you have already signed, you receive a copy of your contract by email. I said that I could not sign without reading the contract, so they did not let me take the car. I placed a formal complaint in front of the Spanish authorities and I am waiting for the resolution. In any case my trip was ruined because they did not give me the car. You should never sign a contract without reading it first, but especially if it is for car rental.

Misrepresenting cashback. They don't pay full cashback. It's a 1/10th of what they're supposed to give.

Paid £2.64 as opposed to £11.40 and stated I didn't complete transaction correctly. Why pay anything at all then?
