WARNING - CRC declining cashback
Had a purchase on 27th December 2023 declined for cashback. I haven't sent any items back so its legitimate, as with earlier reviewer I advise they should be removed from Topcasback as I regularly got cashback before they went into administration.

Should be removed from TopCashback
it seems for quite a few months now they don't bother honoring their commitment to pay out. They should either choose to leave this site, or TopCashback remove them. since it now reflects badly on TopCashback that using it becomes a pointless exercise and you may as well make a purchase without this extra hassle since they don't pay out anyway.

awful, dont bother with anymore
guess they no longer want to pay out, cashback tracking doesnt seem to happen (having to raise it manually!), as others have experienced the same i dont understand why they just dont leave topcashback? they clearly dont want to pay anymore, guess being the biggest online bike retailer they think they are something special, but yet they forget theres others out there supplying the same products at better prices like tredz for example

Never tracks anymore
Last 5 times i have have to raise a claim to receive cashback. Never seems to track anymore. Not sure if this is to do with the merger with wiggle or not but it has went from showing next day to never showing and having to manually reclaim which always takes longer.

Refused to pay out on valid claim
I placed an order as a new customer with Chain reaction cycles. It didn't track so I created a missing cashback claim. This was rejected as the merchant didn't recognise the order number even though I copied it direct from the order confirmation email.
TCB Customer service settled my claim themselves so top marks to them as always, but as for Chain Reaction Wiggle I wouldn't use them again if they were the last cycling shop in existence.

Would give zero stars if I could. 5 times have used CRC through topcashback, and 5 times cash back had to be chased via a missing claim. Each time it was disputed even though the order number was provided. Absolute shambles.

Manual cashback claim refused, 'transaction cannot be traced'. But when calling their customer service line they immediately recognised the order number on the claim and could trace the transaction. Usual tactic used by retailers who just don't want to pay out for genuine transaction. Be wary before you factor in the cashback to total cost, chances are you won't get it.
