I would always go to Chain Reaction for my bike bits anyway, and now i get cashback for the same purchases. Also doesn't mean you don't get vouchers direct from CRC. Quality retailer,quick,free delivery, cashback, can't lose.

Claim on their website that despatch is the same day if ordered before 3pm. Well I ordered Monday night, so should have shipped Tuesday. It is now Thursday - still not despatched this "in-stock" shipment = unbelievable :( ebay next time.

Prompt delivery, even over this winter and the snow N Ireland had!
Never failed me yet. Often not the best price anymore, but a great range of kit.
The sales are particularly good value for money.
I always have a search on CRC because they have the most comprehensive review of kit I've seen.

Cashback has always made it in the end, not a huge amount but better than nowt - CRC have mostly got the best prices already any how. Be warned, some of the cycling forums are citing a security issue with CRC and credit cards!! Those that paid via Paypal did not get rogue transactions on their cards.
