It would help if the retailer were to notify of dispatch. Not retailers fault I know but My parcel was wrongly delivered and supposedly returned to retailer. If I had known it was on its way I would have realised sooner. Parcel arrived safe and sound eventually.

Still awaiting cashback, submitted a manual claim 2 months ago..... seems like its only me with this problem though, and the goods I ordered were great so don't be put off shopping there.
