No good at all - didn't pay out - put in an enquiry and got this:
I'm afraid that there is virtually no likelihood that we will be able to recover the cashback that you have been expecting in response to this claim, as the merchant has not been very forthcoming.....
Settled for 1/2 with TCB's fair play policy - better than nothing!

Only tracked as 1p for me but I managed to cancel my subscription before I got charged for the first month. I put as 'reason for cancellation' about the cashback issue and a member of staff from Cinema Paradiso emailed me in response to say that they had 'paid commission to afiliate future' on this and therefore felt they had done their bit, I am therefore unsure why Topcashback have not passed this on.

I only received 1p cashback, cancelled the trial membership on time and they charged me a full month's rental - only had 1 disc from them so an expensive mistake!!!

Be very careful with this company. I signed up for the free trial, One of my DVDs got lost in the post, the trial period went over and they charged me a full month. Once it says you have DVDs due you cannot cancel, so I dropped my package to the lower one, but they still charged the full month and never sent me any DVDs on the list. I complained, they never responded, I canceled. I submitted my Certificate of Posting, I received an email saying they are going to charge my card and if I have already submitted the information to contact them. They have no phone number to call, just a small form on their site. I've used it three times to complain, they never responded. They took my month fee and would like to charge my card again for no reason. Plus they do not respond to complaints or queries. Be very very careful, make sure you have your certificate of posting and you give back the DVDs way in advance. Keep checking your account online also to make sure they get them back.

Cinema Paradiso has to be the worst. I received an email at 12 AM on the morning of the day ending of the free trial saying my account had been charged for failure to receive two outstanding DVDs, one of which I submitted six days ago.
Plus their service is grossly overpriced and the company is stingy. Blockbuster and Love film give you a generous couple days extra to receive your final DVDs and Blockbuster at least consider whole movies and even boxed sets as one rental. If one movie comes on two DVDs Cinema Paradiso splits the DVDs and consider each as one rental. So I ended up watching half of Schindler's list and wondering where the hell the rest of the movie was, only to realise it came on a separate disc which I had to order as a separate rental.
Do they even have any customers?

signed up but said that my card wasnt the correct type. Which i found strange i then go to the signed page where i am already signed so just to see if my card details had been taken and guess what they had been and there is no way for me to cancel subsciption until i have been billed for first month.
to me this site is very suspious. says i dont have a billing address, which when they took my card details the address was above.
So stay well clear of this shower, u are warned/

These folk have by far the smallest selection of titles of any of the DVD rental places. Next to no new films, very few old ones.
Took payment for an extra month *5* days after I returned the discs.
Considering LoveFilm and Blockbuster both offer cashback too, I wouldn't even recommend considering this shower.
