CitizenM doing their best to ignore my claim 12 months on, despite having all the evidence for cashback.

Excellent and compact bedrooms. Outstanding breakfast.
Normally booked directly with Citizen M, but discovered they were on Top Cash Back too. A nice 8% cashback made the stay even more rewarding!
