great service from yourselves.sadly we had to hunt the delivery as DPD drivers cant read,delivered to the wrong address and wrong post code.once again Thank you for good service.suggest you contact couriers and ask them to teach their drivers to read !!

I ordered a bouquet of White Roses and Freesias from Amazon. it was meant to be for a friend but I mixed up the order and it was delivered to me. I was very glad to see how beautifully it was presented. It arrived in a stout box with careful wrapping and a silk ribbon and looked fantastic.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on MOTHER'S DAY 26th March. The order was placed 5 days before the big day. The flowers were dispatched on Saturday 25th. The recipient notified me they had not received any flowers. I checked the courier site and it stated they had been left in an outbuilding/shed on Saturday 25th. No calling card was left by the courier. I emailed Clare's Florist late on the Sunday and received a reply at 4.15pm providing me with a refund, acknowledgement the flowers were dispatched too early due to human error and an apology. I was later informed a delivery was made on the Monday and the delivery driver threw the flowers over a side gate into the garden. No card attached. Probably not the flowers I order either. On Tuesday I emailed Clare's again asking them to confirm they have raised this with their courier and that I would like to know their response. I was told it's been raised with our contact there won't be a response. It was quite clear by the message that this was a mother's day delivery. If you can't even get that right I wouldn't trust you with anything else. Despicable service.
