Declined cashback! Bought 2x pairs, returned 1x pair, kept the other. Should have received £10+ cashback. Rather than change amount, they just declined it! To add insult to injury, the shoes went in the sale the next day and Clarks refused to deduct the difference.

A little bit tricky. If you order two pairs of shoes and send one back you lose cash back on the entire transactions. So (providing you can find a way of avoiding extra delivery charges) it is better to order the two pairs separately. Bonkers but seems to work.
