Have waited soooo long for cashback to be confirmed - but now it has been declined - for no good reason. I assume it is because Clintons have gone into administration.
The cards, I vaguely remember (in March!!) were nice, but no benefit from ordering through TCB. TCB are usually great at chasing claims, but I don't think I will bother with this one!

Waste of time. I've been waiting since February 2012 for my cashback which is more than 100 days so I cant lodge a claim. Don't bother.

Cash back declined by merchant despite my purchase fitting all the requirements for cash back. I am not surprised though, since this merchant did go into administration after I bought from them.

Ordered a mug and some other gift items in March and tracked until finally turning into £0.00 once payable, no comeback as it's 100 days old, so annoying when this happens and you have no way of lodging a claim!

Cashback looks unlikely to become payable due to the company going into administration, even though purchases were made long before.
Not a great on line retailer, had nothing but problems on the two orders I made.

I think there is a problem with clintons! My cashback has a payable date of 21st march but it is stuck in confirmed!! I also notice there is no cashback available now through Topcashback & when you click on the link it shows as unable to find page!!! Have submitted a query so will have to wait & see whether i get paid!

Poor, the only word for it. They initially sent out a gift pack for my Sisters birthday that had expired in July 2011... It took three weeks of emails (there is no contact phone number) to get them to eventually sort it out. Needless to say I doubt I will ever use them again.

Ordered a personalised Valentine's Day card for my wife. The card arrived over a week late! (order placed 5 days prior).
The quality of the card when it did arrive was fantastic and the level of cashback was about a third of the ammount of money spent - also superb!
Cashback tracked within 5 days of ordering.
Emailed customer service to cancel my order after Valentines Day and before the receipt of the card and they phoned me 2 days after my email. I couldn't take the call as at work so they tried once more - leaving another message and I'vew heard nothing else from them. I decided to not pursue it as my wife really liked the card when it arrived over a week late! Clinton's have a lot to do to compete against the likes of other specialised online card retailers... perhaps they should stick to their high street shops or pull their socks up to be an online business - lets hope they do better the next time I order (I will if they keep their levels of cashback generous).

Used this service to send a card to the USA despite trying to find the postage rate the normal uk postage appeared in my basket it was not until I had confirmed my card details that I found I had been charged £4 delivery making the card £6 !! (normal delivery for a card to the USA is around £1.09)
I immediately phoned customer service who apologised and said they would refund the money back to my card, no surprise I suppose but they never refunded me definitely will not be using again
