Sale didnt track, very disappointing to then be told:Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'
I dont see how they can say that when only TCB was used to access Clogau site and make the purchase. Wont be buying from them again if this is how they get out of paying the cashback that they offer on here.
