They will also refund the extra 10% charge they pre-authorise in the event of them having to give you substitute products. If the substitute product is more expensive than what you ordered, they will use the 10% they pre-authorise to cover the difference in price. If there is any of the extra 10% left after covering the substitutions, they will refund it.

In the event of there being no substitute products available, they will not send one. Instead, they will just refund you for the product you ordered. With all the above scenarios, the refund will go back into your bank account in 3-5 working days.
