Really not happy with co-op cash back purchased two funeral plans they eventually paid out for one only after putting in a claim now are declining the second one I have given all the information but they are saying can’t find it .

It wasn't difficult to gain the cash back but I did have to lodge a complaint that the cash back had not been logged, I had to put in my policy number and the date I took out the policy before the payment was made, but after this was done, payment was made without any difficulty.
