Unreliable tracking
Transactions are either untracked or declined , and missing cashback tickets get closed as “we have not been identified as the last referrals for this transaction”. But no other tabs were open, no other cookies that could interfere with the referral were stored in the browser. So I guess Coach just doesn’t want to pay the promised cashback!

Wasn't expecting cashback as they seem to not want to pay of late. Not 'final channel' apparently, even though no other windows opened immediately before or during transaction. Just be honest Coach, and tell us you don't really want to give us cashback...

Declined 2 valid purchases!
After waiting a couple of months, just received messages from TC that Coach has declined 2 separate purchases where cashback would have been decent amounts. Reason stated was "order cancelled" for both. Absolute rubbish as I have all the items I ordered and have kept them. They know this as they have the order numbers so they can see items were never returned. Feel like they offer high cashback amounts, you spend a fortune and then end up getting nothing back. Disappointed, especially for a brand who I thought was a well respected one.
