Tracked within a couple of hours, rang and added on excess waiver supp - did not get the cashback on that amount - but not going to quibble over 80p! Policy emailed over to me very quickly and staff in customer services very helpful

Tracked within a few hours, had policy documents emailed to me within 1/2 hour. Columbus were recommended on a few travel forums and they covered my needs, inc pre-existing medical conditions with no extra cost.
So far would recommend!

Good value travel insurance with the bonus of not putting up the premium massively as my husband has a pre-existing condition (epilepsy) and they also cover holidays which were paid using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers and Airmiles.
