Although I must say Comet themselves are very good, but failed so far, not to track, despite 3 nudges over three months nothing, and no help from Topcashback team.
And now I notice an even better cashback offer from them, they could offer 100percent CB co's they aren't going to pay

Bought an expensive TV £699 which tracked correctly. When it came to payment date it changed to £0. Fed up with the hassle. Its a very annoying position to be in with your hands virtually tied.

Good idea when requiring white goods which cam be very costly in the clearance sale plus gaining cashback too. Deivery date chosen by me and a call half hour prior to dekivery, good experience

Customer service was not very good. I phoned to change my delivery date (giving two days notice) and I was told it could not be done. 5 minutes later I phoned back and spoke to a different advisor who changed it immediately!

I have always had problems with reserve & collect... it never tracks, partly because it nevers makes it through to their system and comet's emails are very delayed (one confirmation was 6 days late) which means that cashback never tracks. I would use them again, but i would not bet on reserve & collect orders tracking.

Tracked very quickly. Product was delivered promptly as promised. Very happy with the whole experience with the exception of the delivery. The only problem was with Royal Mail, who left my ipod touch behind a bush in my front garden on a day when it was raining. I was in all day and they didn't even ring my doorbell. I don't blame Comet for Royal Mail's poor service. Luckily my partner spotted it or I wouldn't have known. At least Comet packaged it well, so it was nice and dry and not damaged!

one of my purchases code was fine but on second occasion i used code an it excepted it on line but wen i went to collect the product from instore it wouldnt except the code and no explanation as to why? so bit disappointed that time.

Don't bother. I ordered via Comet in May 2010 to find in Jan 2012 they are rejecting my cash back (over £15) as apparently I went through another cash back company. Rubbish.
Don't rely on getting cashback!
