I will never buy anything from Comet again. Their delivery service is appalling, as is their customer service call centre. They just didn't care that my delivery was not made when they said it would be. A wasted day off work.

Bought a present at Christmas using click and collect. Claim tracked to start with then was just canceled. Raised issue over canceled claim but now been over 8 months and not heard anything back from anyone. Avoid if possible if you want cashback and try someone like Dixons!!

Bought satnav through TopCashback at internet price and was able to collect from store so no postage paid and cashback due about 6 weeks from purchase. In all I saved £15 with genuine Internet price, £4.70 cashback and no postage! Bargain!

Over 15 weeks sinc the purchase was made through click and collect, submitted mising commission and 3 nudges lates finally appears as pending!
Have to ask what the "agents" have been doing for the last 14 weeks !
Totally unimpressed .. Maybe time to look at other sites where there is a charge but administration is light years better

Got a good web price including discount code but when the bill arrived theyd overcharged me £70 then made me ring a premium rate number to query it! Still waiting to hear when (if?) I'll get a credit. The cashback tracked at the correct (lower) price so lets see what happens next.... Top Tip: keep a screen dump of your order screen showing the web price - thankfully I did so if they wont give me a credit I'll claim back through my card company
