I ordered online, received an email from the retailer to say my computer was ready and went to pick it up. The computer was not ready and I had to wait a long time whilst staff, first at the customer services desk and then at the tills sent others to get the computer from stock. When it arrived, there was a very long wait because staff did not know how to complete the transaction on the till. All in all a wait of 25 minutes for an item that should have been ready for collection. Staff were polite, but the system did not work very well.

ordered tv online gave me delivery day stayed in all day no delivery.telephoned said they would get back to me didnt i had to telephone again ,they tried to arrange another delivery day computor said no so i cancelled.half an hour later post man came to door to collect package i had cancelled he had left it at a neighbours but didnt leave me a card to say he had.this was over 3 days i kept tv in the end .wouldnt order from them again.

Used click and reserve and collected item from store. Transaction originally tracked but is now showing as payable 0.00, so not happy. Have put in claim and will wait and see, but due to this I shall not be rushing back to use Comet.

Very happy with click and collect cashback for an ipod touch 32gb that also came with a £20 discount for ordering online. Transaction tracked almost immediately after picking up in store and went to confirmed a couple of weeks later.

Originally tracked and was really pleased as same product in currys was £50.00 more expensive. Now Cashback has become payable at 0.00. Have put in a claim but as took about 8 months to become payable the last time I bought from Comet so Im not holding my breath!!!!!!! At least I got a bargain to start with so not all bad and delivered next day so can't complain too much

I managed to pick up a wireless HP printer for £30 delivered from Comet, and I was extremely happy with the product - which was delivered FREE (they have a range of free delivery available). Cashback tracked very quickly, and I am very happy overall with the whole process

Ordered item for collect at store, yet on arrival following day, item not available as no stock. Had travelled 10 miles to buy item. If I had been prepared to wait 2 hours they could have got the item from another store.
