Got a new laptop for my daughter for Christmas through Comet using their reserve and pick up service. Cashback tracked in a couple of days of picking it up and now just over a month since ordering I have been able to claim that cashback. Good service all round.

Great service. Delivered on the day promised, only drawback was I wasn't given a shorter time slot (ie. morning or afternoon) so I had to wait in all day, but couldn't fault anything else.

Rubbish...It initially tracked OK with the correct cashback amount, but once it went 'payable' it changed to £0.00 (ie declined). Tried to raise an enquiry, but because it was just less than £1 - can't do!
