I reserved a coffee maker from comet and picked it up in store so no P&P to pay and no waiting to catch the post person but still got cash back. Had a bit of a wait for someone to bring it out from the warehouse but that just gave me a chance to checkout some of the other things on offer. Excellent

It's really great to be able to check, reserve and collect the product from store and still be able to earn cash back but as the product had been reserved we had to wait quite a while for someone to bring it out from the warehouse which is not a problem if you order a large item such as a washing machine or a fridge which you would expect to wait for but as we ordered a coffee machine it would have been quicker for us to have just picked it up off the shelf.

Cashback tracked very quickly. Order process was easy (although they didn't offer collect at store for the product I wanted at my local shop), and was delivered promptly.

Good retailer item resevered online and picked up following day. Tracked and pending quickly but claim had to be made through missing commision claims as this was changed to £0.00. All good now though and amount is payable,sorted out quickly.
