The level of cash back offered by this retailer is good. However, I was disappointed to find that the earnings on a recent purchase had turned to £0.00 before it was confirmed. I had not returned any part of my order, which was an expensive one. TCB seem to have sorted it out, however and the commission has returned to the amount I expected to receive. Well done TCB.

Still sat at pending after over 3 months. I then read other reviews on here from people still waiting from November last year. TCB average timings for payout are again very optimistic.

I emailed TCB in the first week of this month to say again that I had not received payment for my Nov 2010 transaction. They requested my order number and have passed this onto the organisation who is dealing with several 'late' payments. Anyone else who has had a long wait - may be worth your while trying the same :)

Used comet in the past and been ok but as with many others i am stll awaiting cashback from 2010! Come on comet either give cashback or don't, it's really annoying waiting for something that seems never to materialise!

Obviously, the flash 42" LED TV I bought is ace, but after four months I'm still waiting for my click and collect £20 cashback.
Fairplay to Topcashback, they are looking into it and always respond quickly, however, it looks like plenty of others are in the same boat. So BEWARE, do not assume you'll get it.
Come on Comet, get your finger out from up your ar**!

been waiting for payment from comet for over 4 months so far,just been in pending column since december 2010, also have another payment pending,but that has only been 1 mointh so far, what a joke ( NOT ) ITS NOT AS IF COMET ARE GIVING A GOOD CASHBACK DEAL EITHER.

Tracked fast. Comet itself was excellent, with a website that offered a whole lot of web selectable delivery options than no-one could even offer. Having also chatted to customer service, they were excellent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
