After many successful cashback transactions, Comet is the first retailer to force me to put in a claim. Went for the click and collect cashback but transaction didn't track. We'll see how topcashback get on pursuing them.

For those of you like me with old transactions outstanding, here is the TCB reply to a recnt enquiry I made :
"This merchant has been experiencing a delay with a number of transactions from this time period. The network that hosts this merchant's offer are working with the merchant to get the outstanding transactions resolved and these should be paid over the next few weeks.
Our sincere apologies for the delay."
I wait with anticipation!

So here is the end of another month and my Nov 2010 transaction is STILL NOT confirmed! The TCB site now states the lasy payments from Comet were in March 2011 for January 2011 transactions. What the hell is going on here???

Ordered TV and a BluRay. Both times the website apparently failed to process my order and I was contacted to complete it over phone. Comet thensay this is not an internet sale and I got no Cashbash .Not impressed

This was a bit of a strange one, purchased goods, cashback showed more or less immediately then after a couple of weeks it disappeared so contacted tcb and heard nothing for a couple of months. Then all of a sudden the transaction details were back and it moved quickly to payable, so in the end good!!

Twice since I have had topcashback I have used Comet and both times I have had problems, the first time cashback was stuck at pending and this time nothing at all.

Tracked quickly but has sat at Pending since late December ... enquiry submitted after reading the other reviews here.
It's not a lot but it's very annoying when most retailers at least confirm transactiosn in a timely manner.

Purchase Made - Tracked - Denied. No Idea why I hadn't returned or cancelled the order. Queried with TCB, polite message pretty much saying tough, nothing we can do, retailer has declined cashback.
I called Comet to query it, sorry nothing to do with us. If you're that bothered write us a letter to complaints team.

Hi
I bought a laptop, top of the range hoover and a cooker from COMET in the space of 3 months, cashback tracked no problems, correct amount etc.
when it was due to be paid it mysteriously reverted to zero, i spoke to Topcashback who did there best with my numerous enquiries regarding this. to no avail. Over £60.00 cashback promised NOT A PENNY RECEIVED I WONT BE USING COMET AGAIN - BE WARNED!!!!!
