	No point - declines cash back! Used this for my home insurance and the cash back claim has been updated only now since November to say declined?! Don’t bother using!

	ALWAYS declined! ALWAYS declined! Another merchant that doesn't honour cashback. AVOID. I cleared cache and didn't use any vouchers. And took out a policy.

	It took 4 months It took 4 months and was disputed by compare the market. It was a non-complex transaction, a home insurance policy that was paid in full, with not vouchers or discounts involved. TopCashback team have solved this for me now though, which is great ??

	Not worth it I should have read prior reviews, as I too suffered the same fate - declined cashback. I won't be using compare cashback option again and will shop elsewhere for insurance.

	good deals and the opportunity to go to the cinema and eat out +£20 topcash bought their home insurance, by going through Topcashback, but took a few months to come through, thanks to Topcashback's work

	Dont bother! I used them several times as it said i would get good cashback on my car and home insurance, but it declined each time, despite me taking out the insurance. Lured in by false promises of cashback.

	Second time declined I've purchased the Compare the Market twice in the last 12 months. Despite being careful to follow all the terms, I've had tow declined cashback from this retailer. Seems to be a trend with Compare the market. I know who to avoid in the future.

	Rip off - don’t bother Cashback declined even though I followed the steps exactly. This is clearly a marketing scam by Compare The Market to get more business. Absolute disgrace. Don’t waste your time. If I could give zero stars then I would.

	Got the insurance but not cashback The process was very simple and the link went through, but it didn't show up as a transaction and the Meerkat rewards lasted 10 days before the account ran into problems It was an enticing offer but it has happened twice using Top Cashback and it isn't Top Cashback at fault

	Not "cashback" friendly Used the topcashback link to attempt to get a quote and entered my information on the first page, clicked "next" and was told the system had "encountered a problem." Tried again (clicked link from topcashback) and again, "encountered a problem." My suspicion was that it didn't want to give quotes from cashback sites, so I tried again WITHOUT going through topcashback, and, behold, I was able to get a quote!

	Don't bother Did exactly as I was supposed to to get cashback but they rejected the claim after it didn't track. Don't waste your time, I won't be using them again.

	Keep declining 3rd time its declined cash back on car and house insurance, no reason given as to why. Confused.com gave cash back no problems on car ins. Guess who gets future business.

	Received payment safely I had to make a cashback claim for my £30 as it did not track for some reason. I am pleased to say that Topcashback & Compare the Market were able to resolve this. Very happy.

	cashback not paid cashback was pending then has gone to declined just at date where i could log a complaint. was for valid purchase of home insurance. looking at other reviews they are clearly not honouring claims and should be removed as a vendor on tcb

	Poor - declined for no reason As many others, my TCB claim was declined for no reason whatsoever. Will avoid these in future as they can't stick to their offer. I followed all the rules so can't trust them again.

	Another scam cashback Cashback refused, no details other than failed to adhere to the "terms and conditions" without any details. Very easy to just refuse cashback and get the business, won't happen again though! Very disappointed with the Topcashback admin team as well, they make no attempt to get to the issue, just side with the retailer. Don't touch with a bargepole
