Never pay out
Used at least twice for car insurance with a new policy paid in full, each time never paid out and nothing done to resolve. Only bought insurance through them due to offer. Dont use

Like everyone else, took out a valid policy via comparethemarket and declined. Declined after raising a missing cashback claimed also. Looking at the other reviews, its clear they rarely, if ever, honour their cashback claims.

Declined after taking out Travel Insurance
I've been out of the country for a few months on the policy I brought. Certainly quick to decline within a few days. I've noticed this about all the comparison sites now. It's a waste of time trying for cashback, it's non-existent.

Second time tracked as 0.00
NEVER EVER AGAIN
This is the 2nd time I purchase travel insurance and it tracked as ZERO instead of the promised £22
Uswitch and Money supermarket paid me instantly without having to go through raising a claim
It’s my fault for not reading the reviews before I purchase, I thought they had to pay me with topcashback backing me up

Don't bother. No cashback.
Not worth doing. This site seems to reject so many cashback now, it's pointless. I've given up. I used to get successful claims now I use other sites for no fee and get so much more.

Never works
Declined 5 times during my time with top cashback. All were genuine transactions completed as new quotes in a fresh browser session within minutes. I'd suggest using Go Compare instead as they track more reliably and don't end up declined. Compare the Market are 21% of my declined list.

Compare the market dominates my "declined" list
Compare the market is the main retailer listed on my declined lists. After waiting more than 3 months they usually end up declined with no reason or explanation. Try one of the other comparison sites with cashback.
