THE AMOUNT PAYABLE IN TOPCASHBACK EARNINGS IS NEVER POPULATED UNTIL THE END POINT AT WHICH POINT, THE AMOUNTS PAYABLE ARE OFTEN IN DISPUTE, AND
THE DELAY IN PAYING IS UNACCEPTABLE

My quote would have been cheaper direct but went through compare the market hoping for the cashback, completed the transaction in one go and cashback is declined without explanation more than a 100 days after the claim, which means I cannot appeal.
