Cashback never tracked, and still waiting for the merchant to reply after submitting ticket in august. TCB have done what they can for now. Would have give no stars if able to :(

Did not track. Had to raise a claim, waited months. Finally tracked and payed out the promised £30 cashback. Waited ages but finally paid out.

Cashback didn't track initially but on raising a ticket it was resolved within reasonable timescales and, once submitted to CTM it was approved and payable very quickly.
