Dodgy
Made two purchases for home insurance via TCB for confused.com. Had to chase the first, was over 4 months to pay out. Now had to chase again from a purchase for my mums house in July. It's now the end of October, it's marked as pending uplift and Ince again had to chase. It's like they want people to forget they are owed cashback. Awaiting a response from TCB. Shouldn't have to chase them up and the prolonged wait time makes me think I'll not bother again with confused.

Rejected - we can't prove it, can we
I often use insurance comparison sites via tcb and sometimes pay more than the cost to buy direct because, ultimately, it would end up being cheaper after receipt of cashback. So when it gets rejected, I end up having paid more than i could have if I'd gone direct. I'm cnsidering avoiding the comparison sites on here now as it's just not worth the risk. Tcb need to ditch the ones that have majority 1 star reviews.

Dishonesty personified.
Brought a valid policy which was tracked by the topcashback charlatans and was refused by confused Ltd. Submitted detailed hard evidence back and was rejected again with a unambiguous statement and no hard evidence Submitted to justify their appalling decision. Obviously can't be trusted along with topcashback Ltd who take the decisions at face value and is acceptable to them to let their client base be penalised.

It has taken far too long for the cashback. I had been awaiting for 8 months for the final settlement disregarding my effort for laying a claim to track the cashback and was told that it's pending their uplift. It sounds to be unreasonable and unacceptable.

Tracked at £0 pending uplift. After 8 weeks or so I had no hope it'd pay out but read the reviews and was quietly optimistic. Few weeks later and it's paid out in full - thank you!

I think having to wait 6 months to get my cash back was too long.
Top Cash had to chase this company twice on my behalf because it should have been paid out in 3 moths.

5 MONTHS WAIT BEFORE THE CASHBACK WAS PAID OUT
No doubt TopCashBack will blame Confused.Com and Confused.com will probably blame TopCashback, but the point is I had to wait 5 months and had to frequently chase up TCB before the cashback due on my purchase of Home Insurance was eventually paid. The Home insurance policy commenced in December 2023 and it took until 13 May 2024 before the cashback arrived. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Took out home insurance thinking i was getting £30 cashback but states
I should off got £30 cashback after taking my home insurance out only to see N/A against it. i had no other rewards or discounts or offers and to me I met all the t&c Very disappointed wont be using confused again

Nothing worked after the quote
Completed everything for the quotes and then when I went to buy it every single company came back as sorry we can't insure you once you clicked to buy the insurance.

No cashback on a single policy
Refused cashback for new home/contents insurance. No reason was given, but they have introduced a new clause saying "single policies are not eligable for cashback".
