	TO add to TCB comments, after you submit a claim to get your £70 cashback which has gone to £0.00. Your claim will be put 'On-Ice' whilst the merchant takes 6 months to validate it.

	Hi there, Looking at the comments on here, I feel that it is best to post a message to explain what is happening with this merchant’s programmes. There has been a recent change in the way this merchant will be reporting transactions. These will initially track at 0.00 and then when the merchant validates the transactions, these should be uplifted to indicate the correct cashback value for your transaction – typically this will be the Confirmed stage. These changes are now affecting our previous pending transactions, so our members will see their pending transactions with a value, changed to show 0.00 at the pending stage. Should your transaction reach the confirmed stage and has not uplifted , when the transaction is still valid, then please send us an enquiry ticket from within your account so we can try to advise you further. 	Tracked within 24 hrs but at the lower amount of £65 as some others have commented. Have put in a manual claim for difference.

	cashback tracked very quickly and efficiently so I am very pleased with that just have to wait 6 months for the money, odd though as it was stated that the cashback was £70.70 but I only got £65.00 (£65.65 after 1% topup) going to raise a query on that as I am at least £5.70 adrift as far as I am concerned - but that apart all very good, very economical quote and cheaper than my current life insurer with whom I will now part company unless they can give me more and drop the premiums... :)
