For a second year (2014 & 2016) I have used this merchant for a quote through Topcashback The merchant indicates a TCB of £2.20 but for reasons not given declined payment. Go Compare who always pay.Leave the decision on who to use in the future.

Don't bother using Confused.com motorbike insurance for cashback. My search originally tracked at the adversised rate and then after a couple of months was declined with no explanation. I checked the terms and conditions and I hadn't contravened them so no idea why this was declined. Also, they won' t allow you to submit a missing cashback claim, so a complete waste of time and effort..

didn't track, tried it twice, shouldn't be on the cashback site if it isn't willing to pay cashback. Will not be using Confused.com again as they seem a bit confused!

i read the terms for getting the cashback from this site, it said all i had to do was get a quote and i would receive cashback. well i received nothing and confused.com refused cashback as i didnt buy insurance. cash back was £1 ish for getting a quote not taking out a policy. i wont be using confused.com again poor service
