	Declined cashback for medical insurance Bought the insurance on the day as per t&c and was declined £75 cashback. Do yourself a favour and use someone else as they probably won’t pay.

	Declined Decline despite proof of purchase so I’m out £75. They also declined my home insurance purchase. Stay away.

	Con I applied via topcashback, I still have the policy and all payments are up to date. Three months after purchase of said policy my cashback claim for £75 has been shown as 'declined' with no explanation. I could have applied for the policy elsewhere / direct and got vouchers but chose to use cashback. confused.com seem to use one broker (Howden) to refer you to - a captive market. They pocket the referral fee from the Health Care Provider and Howden via confused.com do not pass this on the customer. Disgusted.

	Don't bother Refused a perfectly good cashback claim. They get paid a fortune for the referrals and then are not prepared to pass it on to customers!
